Through this workshop, we offer you to learn how to use our traditional ingredients in order to be able to make a real Moroccan meal in the purest tradition of family cooking. The class offers not only the opportunity to learn how to cook authentic local dishes, but a chance to source the ingredients themselves – with all classes begining with shopping list in the most Moroccan of environments (the souks).

Under the guidance of our great Chef, you will attend and participate in the elaboration of typical dishes such as salads, Briouates, Tajines, Pastillas, Couscous ...

Last act, it’s your turn! Break into small groups or individually a mystery recipe that you will prepare without assistance will be awarded to you. After handing over your preparations to the kitchen for cooking, our Chef will blindly taste each of them to designate the Top Chef of the day who will receive a diploma in good form ... as well as a surprise on the part Of our Pastry Chef.

Finally, in reward of all these efforts, you will taste all the preparations of the day.

Essaouira trip involves a drive of around 2 hours 30 minutes from Marrakech to this delightful old coastal town. There is a lot to see and do along the way.

You will be picked up from your hotel in Marrakech at 8.00 a.m. and we make our way across the stunning area where Argan trees dominate the landscape .We stop to see goats on the Argan trees and visit a female Cooperative where berber women are making Argan oil in the traditional way .We continue to Essaouira to visit the Medina ; an 18th C. trade center that was built according to the military European architecture by the French architect Theodore Cornut . Its white & blue Medina is protected by a defensive wall classified as UNESCO .

The city is also an example of a milticultural center of diverse ethnic groups : Arabes , Bebers , Jews and Europeans. Here many movies were filmed such as Orson Welles’Othello and Game of Thrones ….After lunch and about 1 h 30 mn free time in Essaouira we drive back to Marrakech

Admire one of Morocco’s natural wonders on a day trip to the Ouzoud Falls from Marrakech. Travel into the Atlas Mountains by and air-conditioned vehicle, and witness the stunning, 360-foot (110-meter) waterfalls as they plunge down rugged cliffs. Take photos from various viewpoints and savor lunch at a restaurant along the shaded waterfall path.

Start your day trip with a pickup and hop inside your air-conditioned vehicle and enjoy the views as you travel to Ouzoud waterfalls, on the way listen to fascinating facts about the berber culture and Ouzoud Falls and how they rank as the highest natural waterfalls in north Africa. After 2h30min journey you will start your walking tour of about one hour and follow the path to the lip of the falls. Then, behold the tiered cascades that tumble from different heights down into a natural amphitheater of red-colored rock cliffs.

Absorb the roar of the cascades as you take photos, and with luck, see some of the Barbary apes that congregate by the water or one of the shimmering rainbows that form in the mists wreathed around the plunging waters. Visit several view points and walk down steps to the base and explore the bottom part of the waterfalls.. Lastly, enjoy your return journey to Marrakech, where your trip ends with drop-off at the meeting point around 6 pm

06:00 hrs – You will be picked up from your hotel in Marrakech and drive for around 45 minute in a 4×4 vehicle through the countryside to the chosen launch site.

07:00 hs – Watch the launch team prepare the balloon for departure and receive a full safety briefing.

07:30 - 08:30 hrs – The flight takes you over the beautiful countryside and local villages surrounding Marrakech for wonderful memories that will last forever.

09:30 hrs – After a gradual descent you will be taken into a village for mint tea and home baked bread before being transferred back to Marrakech.

11:30 hrs – Arrival back to your accommodation in Marrakech.
